So many weddings
I did 5 weddings in 4 weeks in May and June, and it was a lot. I also went camping twice, had three kids' birthdays, and retirement... retirement is still good. We're almost into July and I'm booking a lot of weddings for October and beyond. Not so much for July and August, and you know what? That's good. There are several conventions in July and August, and it's the hot time of the year, so let's recharge and recover in time for - I think I'm doing something like 8 weddings from late September to early November, about half mine and half my sister Francyne's as a second shooter. Fran is second shooting at a couple of mine too.
Schedule for July and August
July 8 - Pirates and mermaids, oh my! The dream photoshoot! With Edith.
July 15 - Montreal Comiccon. We're doing hall shots for $40 or $100.
July 22 - Reshoots for one of my wedding clients - we missed some mother-bride shots so we're going to a mini session!
July 31-August 2 - Camping at Frontenac park! Canoeing and portaging, hopefully easier than last time.
August 3 - My first tattoo! I want to get flowers and bees. It's going to be with Alina Sauve (alinatatts)
August 12 - Otakuthon (Montreal). Again, hall shots for $40 or $100.
